"BJM" Director of QA and Compliance

 

JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state and local requirements, as well as insurance and utilization requirements. Monitor Quality Assurance and Program Evaluation through monthly data collection, analysis, audits and reporting. Assist in the enhancement of clinical care through evaluation of staffing, processes, the removal of barriers, training and direct involvement in program interventions. Assist the Senior Director of Clinical Services in identifying trends or issues that may create challenges or opportunities for the Foundation.

Education:
• Graduate degree preferred

Experience:
• Five years in a related field of work required.
• Experience in working with governmental licensing agencies.
• Experience leading clinical teams preferred.
• Experience with health care or education is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Strong critical thinking, statistical analysis and decision-making skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective systems and processes.
• Ability to utilize database systems to create reports, draw conclusions and propose solutions.
• Ability to work with attention to detail and the ability to organize.
• Skilled in excellent oral and written communication, including effective presentation skills.
• Travel up to 25% required.
