JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cameron Process Systems is seeking a senior Structural Designer to ensure drafting deliverables for projects are delivered accurately, on time and on or under budget.

If you have experience:
• Leading large complex multi package projects.
• Leading structural design team on skid and modular process unit designs
• Experience designing skids, ladders, stairways and platforms utilizing PDMS or AutoCAD.
• Communicating with fabrication shop on fabrication issues.
• Creating layouts for design engineering.
• Checking Vessels, Structural Steel, Piping Assemblies or all three.
• Training / mentoring more junior structural drafters and designers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Graduate or Associates Degree.
• 25+ years Structural Design experience.
• Understand ASME, AISC and ANSI codes.
• Understand AudoCAD or PDMS program at an Administrator level (preferred -- but Senior level will suffice).

DUTIES:
• Design structural layouts of Modular process units and skids, ladder and stairs.
• Check vessel, structural details and piping spools and assemblies.
• Participate in project meetings and design reviews with the fabrication shop.
• Organize and maintain large projects documents throughout all disciplines.

PEOPLE CONTACT:
• Lead designer and engineering team members on project execution team to ensure work is carried out within specifications.
• Works closely with drafting team members to ensure on time delivery.
• Attends project team meetings with all engineering disciplines.
• Supports construction managers at shop location along with fabrication leads with any issues.
• Coordinate global project execution to ensure US standards, the compliance of projects specifications and schedule are adhered to.
