Immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager in Conroe! This position is head of North America Customer Service and will assist with South America operations. Will hire and train customer service staff. Ensures follow up status of orders to guarantee on time deliveries. Must have a Bachelor Degree. Must be bilingual in English-Spanish with a minimum of 5 years experience in customer service/order entry, in management position(s). This Customer Service Manager's proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point is basic to intermediate and will have experience in ERP systems. Job requirements include problem solving capabilities, multi-tasking and able to work under stress, solid team work and communication skills with cross-cultural awareness.
